Usage tips

The alleged beneficial effects are obtained by the daily consumption of 3 Black idol Fat Burner Espressos of 40ml (i.e. 3 capsules) as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

According to a large majority of clinical trials, the benefits are optimal from 12 weeks .

These recommendations are based on EC Regulation No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament.

- Should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Daily consumption should not be equal to or greater than 800 mg of EGCG. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (3 capsules).
